The Investment Association's IVIS team was manually collecting AGM data, producing corporate governance reports by hand, and training new analysts with inconsistent processes. The workflow was slow, error-prone, and couldn't scale with the growing number of FTSE-listed companies to cover.
What we built
We built MyIVIS: a full-stack platform that automates AGM data collection using Python and Selenium, generates IVIS corporate governance and remuneration reports with AI, and includes an interactive learning platform for analysts. The system integrates LSEG market intelligence and FCA National Storage Mechanism data for comprehensive coverage.
