Why publish prices at all?

Because the alternative wastes everybody’s time. If our numbers are wrong for you, you find out in thirty seconds rather than after two calls. And if they are right, you arrive at the first conversation already knowing roughly where we land.

Is the estimate a quote?

Accepted Answer

No. It comes from four answers, and a real project has more shape than that. It uses the same pricing model we use internally, so the eventual quote should land in the same neighbourhood — but the quote comes after we understand what you actually need.

How do you charge?

Fixed price for a defined scope, agreed before work starts. Not hourly. Projects are invoiced in stages with a deposit up front, and work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately rather than appearing on an invoice afterwards.

What about hosting and AI costs?

Accepted Answer

Passed through at cost with no mark-up, either billed to us and re-invoiced or set up on your own account. We tell you which before incurring anything. If a system uses AI models, you see the usage cost as it is.

Do you work with small budgets?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Some of our favourite work is for sole traders and early-stage businesses. Small one-off jobs — a single automation, a landing page — start from a few hundred pounds, below anything the calculator will show you. Ask.

Question 6

Who owns what we build?

Accepted Answer

You do. On completion, full intellectual property transfers to you and we hand over the codebase in a private Git repository. You are never locked in or dependent on us to keep running it.
