Delivery partners

Expand what you offer. Without expanding your team.

Partner with CacheStack to deliver custom software, AI automation and digital solutions for your clients. Earn through referrals, or work with us as your behind-the-scenes technical delivery team.

Why partner with us

Say yes to more of what your clients ask for.

You already hold the relationships. We add the engineering depth that lets you act on the briefs you would otherwise have to turn down.

  1. 01

Say yes to the project you would normally pass on

Win briefs that used to fall outside what you can build, without turning them away or stretching your own team.

  2. 02

Introduce a specialist your clients can trust

When a client asks for something outside your services, you can point them to a team that builds working software, not demos.

  3. 03

Earn from conversations you are already having

Referral partners earn 12.5% of the fees on each referred client’s first project, under a written agreement.

  4. 04

Add delivery capacity without permanent headcount

Bring in engineers for a defined project instead of recruiting, then step back when it is delivered.

  5. 05

    Keep the relationship you built

Client ownership, confidentiality and communication boundaries are agreed up front, in writing.

  6. 06

    Offer a more complete solution

Pair your strategy, design or support with custom software, automation and integrations behind it.

Two ways to work together

Choose your partnership model.

Refer the work and let us handle it, or sell it yourself and use us as your delivery team. Either way you can see up front who owns the client, who contracts and who invoices.

Model A

Referral Partner

Introduce the opportunity. We handle the delivery. You earn a commission.

Who owns the client relationship
You stay their trusted adviser. Once they agree to talk, CacheStack works with them directly.
Who contracts with the client
CacheStack contracts directly with the client.
Who invoices whom
CacheStack invoices the client.
What CacheStack delivers
Discovery, proposal, contracting, technical delivery and the support arrangements agreed with the client.
Who owns the build
The client. Ownership transfers to them on completion, once invoices are settled.
How you earn
12.5% of the fees CacheStack receives for each referred client’s first project, excluding VAT. No joining fee.
Who it suits
Advisers, agencies and consultants who spot software needs but do not want to deliver them.
Next step
Tell us about your clients. We agree referral terms in writing before any introduction.

Each partnership is set out in a written agreement before any work is referred or delivered, and joining is subject to our review.

Referral partnerships

How much could you earn?

12.5% of the fees on each referred client’s first project, with no joining fee. Adjust the figures to see what that comes to.

£500 to £250,000. The slider covers up to £50,000; type a higher figure if you need to.

Referred clients

Commission is paid on each referred client’s first project.

Illustrative calculation. Commission is 12.5% of the fees we receive for a referred client’s first project, excluding VAT, under a written referral agreement. Later projects with the same client do not carry commission.

What we can deliver

Projects partners can introduce or subcontract.

Practical systems, built to work in a client’s real business. We work across industries rather than a narrow few.

  • Operational automation

AI and workflow automation that takes repetitive admin out of a client’s week.

  • Dashboards and reporting

Internal tools that pull scattered figures into one view people can act on.

  • Portals and business apps

Client portals and internal applications shaped around how a business actually works.

  • SaaS products

Multi-tenant platforms, from first working version through to a product you can sell.

  • Document processing

Pulling structure and answers out of contracts, filings, forms and reports, with people reviewing the result.

  • System integrations

APIs and workflows that make the tools a client already pays for talk to each other.

  • Business intelligence

Analysis and reporting platforms built on a client’s own data.

  • Websites and digital experiences

Custom sites and web experiences that go beyond a template.

Illustrative scenarios

Hypothetical examples to show the shape of a conversation. They are not client case studies; those are below.

Accountancy
“Your accounting client spends days compiling reports every month.”

A reporting tool that assembles the first draft from their data.

Recruitment
“Your recruitment client needs to automate candidate administration.”

A workflow that turns interview notes into consistent candidate profiles.

Agency
“Your agency client wants an internal dashboard that off-the-shelf software cannot provide.”

A bespoke dashboard behind a login, built to their process.

How it works

Four steps, no automatic acceptance.

We review every enquiry and only start collaborating once both sides have agreed the terms.

  1. 01

    Get in touch

Tell us about your business and the partnership model you are interested in.

  2. 02

    Discuss opportunities

We learn about your clients, your services and the projects you typically see.

  3. 03

    Agree the arrangement

We settle the commercial model, responsibilities and relevant terms in writing.

  4. 04

    Start collaborating

Refer suitable opportunities, or work with us on agreed delivery projects.

Working with us

Straightforward, accountable collaboration.

A founder is your principal commercial contact, and the engineers doing the work can join the meetings where it helps. We do not promise unlimited availability or fixed turnaround times; what we commit to is agreed per project.

A violet ceramic block and a frosted-glass block with matching stepped profiles, fitting together.
  • Direct communication with a founder as your principal commercial contact.
  • Clearly defined responsibilities for each project, in writing.
  • Technical consultants join the meetings where they are useful.
  • Defined scope and milestones, with professional progress updates.
  • Confidentiality and client-relationship boundaries respected.
  • A clear route for escalation and issue management.
  • Support and maintenance arrangements agreed per project.

Your client relationships, protected in writing

We understand the relationship is yours. Matters like these can be covered in a partnership agreement; none are automatic, and each is agreed before we start.

  • Client ownership and relationship boundaries
  • Confidentiality
  • Branding and white-label requirements
  • Communication responsibilities
  • Non-solicitation
  • Intellectual property ownership and licensing
  • Payment milestones
  • Support and maintenance
  • Data protection and security arrangements

Data processing is assessed case by case and needs the right agreements in place. See how we handle security and data, read our privacy policy or find out who we are.

Discuss a partnership

Prefer email? Write to team@cachestack.co.uk. Submitting an enquiry does not make you a partner; we review each one and agree terms in writing.

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry; see our privacy policy. This does not sign you up to marketing, and an enquiry does not create a partnership.
