What we built
We built a fully bespoke business OS: a unified five-calendar view with working day logging, automated income reconciliation that matches invoiced days against logged work and flags what needs billing, a full DocuSign-equivalent built from scratch to eliminate the subscription cost, AI-generated branded email and invoice workflows for specific clients, and shareable client portals that give each client a live view of the consultant's schedule and project updates.
