Superyacht captains had no unified system for their operational responsibilities. Charter versus operational budgets, crew payroll, vessel documentation, and peer contact were all managed through a patchwork of spreadsheets, email chains, and memory — creating risk at every layer of vessel management.
What we built
We designed and built a multi-tenant SaaS platform tailored to the captain's workflow. It covers charter versus OPEX budget tracking, salary and crew management, secure document storage, AI-assisted operational decision support, and a captain-to-captain peer network — all under one roof. The platform is now being sold by our client as a commercial product to captains and management companies across their network.
