What they faced
A governance team within a major industry body was spending two or more hours every day manually working through regulatory filings to find upcoming annual and general meetings, then a full working day per company turning those documents into a written analyst report. The process was error-prone, impossible to scale across a whole index, and left analysts with little time for the judgement work they were hired to do.
What we built
We built the platform end to end: an automated pipeline that watches the public filing archive around the clock and pulls meeting notices as they are published, an AI reporting engine that drafts the full sectioned analyst report from the source documents in minutes rather than hours, a company database that reconciles itself against index membership as constituents change, and a built-in learning centre that brings new analysts up to speed inside the tool they already use. Sign-in runs through the organisation's own corporate identity provider, so nobody manages a separate password.

Meeting notices arrive on their own
Automation watches the public filing archive continuously and lifts annual and general meeting notices the moment they appear, filing each one against the right company with its source document attached. Collection health is visible on the same screen, so a run that finds nothing is obvious rather than silent.
The report writes its own first draft
An analyst points the engine at a company and its source documents and starts a run. What used to be a full day of reading and writing comes back in about fifteen minutes as a complete, sectioned draft. Every section is attributed to the document it came from, and every run is kept for the team to review, compare and sign off.
A company database that keeps itself current
Every company the team covers sits in one searchable, sortable record, reconciled automatically against index membership as constituents and market data move. Nobody re-keys a spreadsheet, and the coverage list is never quietly out of date.
New analysts get up to speed inside the product
A structured knowledge base of the codes, guidelines and reference material an analyst needs on day one, with an assistant alongside it to answer questions in context. Onboarding stopped depending on whoever happened to be free to explain it.
