A leading industry association had been publishing its flagship annual survey for over 20 years — but the data lived only in static PDF reports. Decades of insight into member firm holdings, trends, and sentiment was buried and inaccessible to anyone who needed to query or explore it quickly.
What we built
We built a platform that ingests each year's report and brings the data to life. The dashboard renders interactive charts across key industry metrics, applies ML forecasting to surface future trends, and tracks how keywords and themes have grown or declined in prominence over time. An AI chatbot is woven throughout — capable of querying the data, generating on-demand visualisations, and surfacing investor research published by the association.
